[Resolved]  Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Upsrtc] — booking unsuccessful and ticket was not generated and money got deducted. refund amount: rs. 408.84

With due respect i beg to say that i tried to book a ticket on upsrtc but the ticket was not generated due to discrepancy in the upsrtc system and transaction got failed but the amount rs. 408.84 was deducted from my credit card as per enclosed bank statement and credit into upsrtc account. After that, i booked a ticket again and then it was successful. Please resolve the issue with my previous transaction of rs. 408.84 on 1st july 2018 and refund my money and revert to my credit card.

Encls :- Following is the email from Bankside: We understand from your e-mail that the aforesaid transaction was unsuccessful. We would like to confirm that the transaction has been processed successfully to your card account from our end basis the instruction received from the merchant. Details of the transactions processed to your card account are given below for your reference.
