Dear sir/ ma'am,
I booked an online ticket from agra isbt to alambagh (Pnr: xalm[protected] was booked on 19th february 2019 at 10:53 a. M. From the official website o[censored]psrtc for the services of janrath was booked. The channel of payment was 'atom payment' as provided by the upsrtc website.
At 6:58 p. M. I received a message from upsrtc that the 'trip is canceled'.
Thus, i requested them to initiate the refund process and make the refund as soon as possible. But, even after repeated complaints via emails and telephones no refund has been made. It has been more than a month since i made a complaint to the concerned authority.
Kindly, look into the matter.
