Pratibha pathak on 11march2018 Sir i was carrying 2 packets only with upsrtc bus no. Weight approximately 20 kg each of mustard and wheat from balrampur to lucknow. Bus conductor asked me to pau rs.150 for these packets extra besides my fare. He chrged me rs. (184+150 luggage fare). When i asked for luggage receipt.. He didn't give. And told u will have to pay.
