Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Upsrtc] — i'm complaining about my money that is got deducted but my tickets didn't get book

I have booked two tickets on 16/5/2019 from sitapur to meerut but my money got deducted and i did not get any confirmation text from upsrtc about my booked tickets and tickets are not booked. I want my money back as soon as possible! And also the pnr numbwe i received is showing someone else name on the ticket and the date on the ticket is of 2014 year! Kindly help me with this issue
