Hi, I have made a transaction on UPSRTC on 23rd Jun 2017 around 8:50 am (from Aanand Vihar to Haldwani) of 482 Rs. The money was deducted from my account but ticket didn't book. Its been 10 days, refund still not credit in my account. Please look into this on priority. Also please update your correct complaint number so that common person can get proper guideline.
