Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Upsrtc] — money deducted from my bank account but tickets not booked. and refund is also not processed

Dear sir/ma'am,

On 20th march 2020, i was booking a bus from anand vihar bus terminal to firozabad amounting to rs. 521. I have made successful payment and money got deducted from my bank account but tickets were not booked. I tried to reaching to upsrtc customer care but obviously it was not working. No support were given to me yet.
Bow it's already 15 days and i did not got any refund in my account. Seriously how we can say that our hard earned money is safe. Even government sites are doing this kind of things.
