I have cancelled the ticket of SAHIBABAD depot bus from Anand vihar to Charbagh, DOJ[protected], which I had booked on[protected]. But till now my money has not been refunded.
I have mailed to online.[protected]@upsrtc.com but did not recive any fruitful result. No one is picking up the call even from Upsrtc. My refund amount is
