Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Upsrtc] — not able to cancel upsrtc ticket , no help provided by customer care

I booked my bus ticket on 12/03/19 for travel from Anand Vihar to Lucknow 20/03/19, i then on decided to cancel it 18/03/19, i was not able to cancel it through the online portal then i mailed the customer care (Photo is attached ), there was no reply from the customer care, then i called the customer care and messaged them on whatsapp, still nothing happened .
