Hi, I canceled my bus ticket (Haridwar to delhi) on 9th aug 2018. But still, i have not received the refund for this cancelation. I have already sent email on online. [protected]@upsrtc.com but have not received any response yet. Also, no one picks the call on their helpline number. Please refund for this ticket. Roads conditions are worst then ever since 2 i am complaining but sarkar doesn't listen to common man whole road from sarvodaya nagar to d-block Indira Nagar are worst. Please tell Yogi otherwise to take action and officer
