Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Upsrtc] — refund not received , ticket not booked ,money deducted and refund amount -1437

I was booking ticket from https://upsrtconline.co.in website from anandvihar
to Basti on 7 march 2020 amount deducted from my account but ticket was not booked . When I contacted customer care service o[censored]PSRCTC they told transaction is failed so ticket is not booked and your amount will be credited to account automatically within 7-10 days but until now i didnt got my money.
