I had purchased a ticket from kaushambi to bareilly satellite for 16.2.2020 (Shatabdi ac) amounting for rs 467. (Ticket no:14521085; pnr no:blys[protected] but with any prior notice or phone call or email. They cancelled this bus. So i had to board another bus and pay by cash. But this amount which was paid online should have been refunded but its already feb28 and there are no signs of any refund.. I had tried to call at their provided complaint number no one picks up the phone and they even dont resppnd to any emails.. This is a online fraud by a government agency. Either they sort this problem or i drag upsrtc to consumer court

Updated by abhinavdasin After registering this complaint I got a phone call from ‭+91 [protected]‬ who asked me about the complaint to which I explained to him.. He said he will refund my Rs 467 but wanted my debit card details including CVV number.. I blatantly gave him my Paytm bank (Rupay debit card)no which usually does not have any savings money, to which he said he wants an proper bank debit card.. 1st I even dont know if this was a genuine UPSRTC guy or some fraud.. Or even he was why should I give my card details to some random unknown person and give him access to my bank account... My access to such details he can deduct any amount any time.. I even gave him my upi id but he refused to transact there..Please look into the matter
