Dear sir i have booked and cancelled ticket from upsrtc a number of times but i never got refund. On dated 8/10/2017 ticket no 8972745, on dated22/10/2017 ticket no 9046499 was cancelled, on dated 26/5/2018 ticket no 10338913 was cancelled and latest on dated 29/05/2018 ticket no 10362848 was cancelled but not even a single penny was refunded. Kindy refer it to concern authorities.
