[Resolved]  Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Upsrtc] — request for refund

I was booking a ticket in kaushambi depo from anand vihar to lucknow on date 15/04/2019 but the seat was not booked but the money was deducted from my account. I did not get any sms or email. I booked ticket as guest member and i did not get the refund till now.
For your reference i have attached the screenshot of my gpay account statement.

I used following details to booking ticket.

Guest userid: [protected]@gmail.com
Amount debit: 675
