I booked a ticket from sitapur to anand vihar on[protected] and money was deducted, ticket was not booked for the bus at 11:30p. M. From sitapur. Passenger name - rishabh Shreya From - sitapur To - anand vihar terminal Bus type - janrath Journey date - 23/10/2017 Bus time-23:30 Transaction date-22/10/2017 Amount-1602 Phone number-[protected] Payment gateway name hdfc Username - rishabh429 I had called so many times on all the phone numbers o[censored]psrtc. There's no response from the refund team. Also, i have mailed to the online support o[censored]psrtc. There is no response again. 28 days have passed since the amount was deducted. I tried to book a ticket online on 27th NOV 2017 for Lucknow to Delhi through UPSRTC.The money was deducted twice from my account but ticket could not be booked. Since then I am following up the refund but it has been 7 days and refund has not been done. My transaction ID THROUGH UPI are[protected],[protected].
