I am raman pratap singh and this is my registration filling and fee

These all process of filling form is done on given time period i. E.
25/06/2017 as you can see in the attachment. But till 27/06/2017 which
Was the last date for document verification, the document not verified
Till 28/06/2017 due to which i couldn't fill and lock my choices. And
Today is the first round allotment result and i can't do anything. One of the most important thing that i have got 2nd rank in uptu entrance exam in paper 4.
So i requested to do something in this regard. And please reply me
Where the problem occured. So that i could get my college.
