Uttar Pradesh Technical University — correction in mother name

Dear sir,

I have done my 10th in year 2006.in mark sheet, mother name is wrong. My mother name is "sushma devi", but in certificate it is "sushma". Please correct it as i required for gov job. Please.

Date of birth: 17/01/1992
Father's name : shri kailash gupta
Mother name: sushma devi
