Sir, I passed Class-10th in year 2008 and 12th in year 2010 from UP Board Allahabad. When I received my mark sheet after declaration of results of exam there was my name MOHD SAPHIRAJA . But my correct name is MOHD SAFI RZAA and also in UP Board Gorakhpur 10th and 12th Class mark sheet. I request you to consider my request to correct my name in 10th and 12th class mark sheet for my higher study.
