Dear sir, My name is shrikant soni, i passed 10th class in 2011 from up board, my name is mentioned in 10th marksheet as "shri kant" and my mother's name is "ram janki" which is mentioned in 10th marsheet as"ram janaki" so i want to correct my name as well as mother's name. Sir, please I am passing 10th exam in 2018 in UP board my original date of birth is 1999, but my 10th certificate is issued date of birth is 2003. So, please how can change date of birth please sir and documents. Please reply.
