V-Guard Industries — geyser heater

V-guard is reputed indian listed company having larger market capital, but when it comes to their product and after sales service, its pathetic.

I have purchased V-guard geyser in oct 2016, but that product is defective and i have repaired it by service centre situated in vasundhra, ghaziabad atleast 7-8 times but their untrained man comes and he do something temporary in it.

See I want permanent solution. Either replace my geyser or extend my warranty or refund my amount.
