V-Guard Industries — non service of stabilizer

One vguard stabilizer has been installed in residence purchased at balangir dist (Odisha). Consumer tel no. [protected] is my son. The product is not functioning.
I have filed complain through customer care. My sr no. Is1-[protected]. The tech. Staff has gone balangir to look into the matter but he did not it find their as the product/stabilizer is being used keonjhar (Odisha).
Hence i would like to request to register my complain again &take needful action at earliest possible. My contact ph no. [protected].
