I have received echallan for not wearing healemt.
As per high court notification no need to wear helmet under mucipal corpartion area.
In challang area shown is sangam char rasta, this is ocver under municipal corporation area.
Then why you have sent this type to challans to aam admi. Why you are harrsing aam public.
First you have to clear this issue, and publice in press regarding this issue.
Untli i have not received feed back and clear noti fication for now onwards hekmet is compulsory to wear. Sort out this issue at your level and then you have to start harassing the aam public.
I am not paying this challan amount until i will not get proper reprly and clear instruction.
