Vainavi Broadband — no internet for 30 days

I have paid the amount for 6months in advance and i got the network for 3months but from last 30days the local person is torturing us like anything where he doesn't lift the phone nor responds to messages.when i called with other number he lifted and said there is technical problem in activating my account and rather he gave me some admin account i guess to use but of no avail.i have been using the same service from last 1.5years and has no problem with previous person.But my user account ysanthosh has not been activated since last 30days and i would like to get a response within 5days.totally disappointed with service and lost the belief. Even the network speed which i opted is 50mbps but i am not even getting half of it.Lost the faith in vainavi totally and would feel good if any action is taken atleast through this complaint else i will need to change the complaint procedure and maybe the service provider once the money is refunded.The current screenshot was with admin account given by him which only wqorks for 10-15minutes until they login and once they are logged in it just throws the obvious message of already logged in access denied error and rest of day will be same
