I purchased one Sony laptop along with a scratch guard worth Rs. 46, 000 on January 19, 2022.The product description is as follows:

Within one month, I started facing problems while using my laptop.I was in a Zoom meeting when my laptop's camera stopped working properly. The camera started freezing and unfreezing. The sound and audio were not working. I immediately filed a complaint and got my laptop serviced on 07/02/2022. I have a field service report.
After that, I started facing problems again. Sometimes the laptop would shut down suddenly while being used. Camera again caused problems while attending online meetings. Again, a complaint was filed. Then the laptop was again serviced in the month of May. After that the laptop gain started causing problems.
It hasn't been 6 months yet, the laptop had caused a lot of inconveniences. I reguest you to look into this matter and help me get either refund amount or a new laptop as a replacement.
