Vaishya Nagari Path Sanstha — 100 percent loans given on 2nd hand trucks, beyond limits of cooperative banks,

Hello sir,

My mother teja and my father puruwhottam bendke, are members of the path sanstha since many years. Thus sanstha is running under current ddr, kolhapur.

I have come across the audit reports of the cooperative banks named as vaishya nagari path sanstha, kolhapur. Of years 2015 till today's date.

It comes to our notice that board of directors family member have transport line too like malkapur transport. But current chairman, rajesh kesarkar did something wrong in today's date.

We all know that under rbi or any nbfc rules, no 1st hand car or trucks get 100 percent loans. Then how come cooperative society gave almost 100 percent loans on the trucks, for the new account holders in the path sanstha.

These all trucks r almost belonging to kesarkar family. These kesarkar are non other then director body. So they took advantage of the money kept by the other customers.

On behalf of all customers i may speak that our money given to the co operative banks was for call deposits, locker deposits or like wise many other reasons, but these men will mis use our money and distribute it among themselves, i was never aware of that.

These new owners of the trucks are non other then their owned drivers or workers who work for them, they can't afford more than 30000 salary then how come likewise mh 09 cu 7457 trucks number was sanctioned 27 lacs loan amount while transferring the truck details from kesarkar to navnath kolage, etc. As per law, even ddr knows that no cooperative banks can sanction loans like wise for second hand trucks 100 percent loans on the evaluation of the trucks. Likewise almost 30 to 35 trucks have sanctioned such loans.

We are allowed only to sanction 10 lacs for these old trucks.. Plus how come it department kept quiet, couldn't they see the cash gain or loss. Like wise 12 crore loans were sanctioned by the path sanstha.

See this is how we indians get misleads by our own people only. Corruption has been committed. Severe actions have to be taken.
