I paid for the registration of a private limited and until payment the people from vakilsearch kept calling, but once i did, they stopped.
They have taken almost 2 months for the incorporation.
From monday to friday, they do nothing and saturday they would call for documents and delay the same.
Mails weren't even replied properly.
After all of these finally the company was incorporated, and i asked them to send the documents to my correspondence address and the same was confirmed, later when i check they have couriered it to a different one.
They keep calling themselves professionals but none of them are even close to that.
Their workforce is so lame that even people working there blame the people from other teams for the delay.
I would have rather gotten the registration done by paying a little extra fee to a ca.
I am not sure how vakilsearch is into business, probably by looting people who sign up newly to them, because none of the old customers would go back to them again for a pathetic service like that. Was this information helpful? |
