Valecha Engineering — non payment of fixed deposit that matured on 02.11.2016 | |||
I maria placida dantas 61 years old, and my father felix lyons dsouza Over 100 years old, jointly hold a fixed deposit no. 305253, for 4 lakh Rupees that matured on 02-nov-2016. Original fd certificate sent by speed Post on 16.11.2016. Even after numerous reminders by email, letters and personal visit to the office, company is not bothered to repay the money and refuses to acknowledge same in writing, or acknowledge any of the correspondence, they are silent on the issue, their aim is to harass an old father of mine. There is no justice for an old man of 100 years, it is sad on the attitude of valecha engineering. Can anyone assist.
