I have applied for name change in my pan card on oct 3. Made payment through online and i received sms saying they received my courier on oct 9. Later they asked for few supporting documents which i sent them through email. From time to time i left emails regarding the status of my card for which there is no reply from them. I only receive automated emails from them. There is no contact number to contact. Code:opc197707 I have sent documents to below address Address Van technologies, new no.65, old no.23, block no.2, plot no. B, ponnankinaru street, near kaveri hospital, villivakkam, chennai-600049. i have online applied for duplicate PAN card on 6.3.2020 and paid Rs.449 thru credit card - received following SMS :Thank you!, Order OPC671292 on Onlinepancard.in. We have received your payment Rs.449. Download PDF and Print the Original Application Form and send to us.
But I dont know how to locate PDF on mobile phone !

I have transferred rs. 449 on 23/07/2018 though online transaction
