Varun Gas Service — Gac cylinder yet to be received

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have booked my gas to Vaun Bharat Gas Service in Sangam Vihar New Delhi (Cosumer no. 11947 & Booking ref. no. is[protected] But I am still waiting to be received from 16 days & I face this problem every month.

Kindly advise & confirm, how to be resolved my problem.
