Vasai Cable Pvt. Ltd. — Continuous reminder calls from a stupid lady from billing department for renewal of next months internet account. | |||||
A lady from billing department of Vasai Cable Pvt. Ltd. calls continuously for giving reminder for the next month payment against the internet. She calls my mobile as well as residential no. everyday for the reminder. The reminder calls made by them (billing department, vasai cable pvt. ltd.) are approximately one week before the next months payment due. Apart from calling, they also send reminder smses to the customer. My complaint is against this lady who seems to be stupid, calls me continuously even after been told a big Okay from my end. This is simply a harassment or a mental torture made by this billing department, especially that lady who seems to be illiterate & ridiculous. I always been have received a rude replies from the lady from billing department. They only have one answer, that is, to visit their office & talk. I do not understand how a big giant like Vasai Cable Pvt. Ltd. have employed such useless people (especially the ladies with zero knowledge in the field) in their firm who cannot manage their customer properly & politely. Vasai Cable Pvt. Ltd. needs an improvement in providing good services to customer so that the customer can remain loyal towards them. If it's matter of only intimation of the next month's due then they must only send a single reminder sms to the customer & DO NOT HARASS THE CUSTOMER BY CONTINUOUSLY CALLING THEM.
