[Resolved] Vasanth & Co — delivery and inefficient staff | |||
I got the lg refrigerator on 8th sep 2019 and got it delivered by 13th sep. The delivery boys made a dent while carrying it to my house. Its clear that the mistake is on vasanth and co but they delay saying that the replacement should happen from lg. My question is when it was damaged on the way delivering it to my home by their delivery guys why the hell is lg responsible for this. Its been 6days until now and have no idea when it will replaced. Have been following up with them on this by visiting their showroom but to no avail. Very worst experience ever and ineffective staff. You will be treated well until they sell their product after that you are no one to them. Please dont fall into their trap and avoid this dealer is my strong suggestion. On 03/09/2019 your service person came for erection and when commissioning he observed a leak from the main tank.
I have contacted your sales and they have assured to replace the same.
But still not yet replaced
