[Resolved] Vasanth & Co — worst customer service | |||
I ordered a washing machine in vasanth and co on 1st january 2018 they promised me that it will delivered on 4th january 2018. But the failed to do that. I completely understand when you run a business there may be few ups and downs. But the person who billed me answered without knowing how to treat a customer. I called the office no that guy told you billed by so and so... You should contact him not me. I felt very bad for the purchase i did on 1st january... Very poor... It really hurts... Hello i bought Sony Home theatre on 31/12/2017 but still no one person coming for fitment... I was raise more complaints for that issue . but stil no one care this is your response against the customers...

I buy a washing machine And Hiatchi Ac And LG Ac in vasanth and co on 1st Februyary 2018 they promised me they will come and next day itself fix it for AC but no one came we complained so many times also. no response, then we called other person and fix it, in Hitach Ac no Remote, we called so many times Still we didnt get 6/3/2018, very poor service when making call all the times they are telling we will call back . but no response really i worried Customer service very poor in vasanth and co ...
