Delivery boy demanded rs 100 extra excluding refill delivery charges. When i objected to pay then he challenged me that "how will you get refill next time?". He argued rudely and misbehaved with nasty language, threatened as well. He never deliver refill on time. I gave complaint against him and no action taken till now, surprisigly authorities are in favour of him.
