Vastrova — manipulating the customers with bad quality and return policy | |||
Hi, I have ordered an item on date :[protected] for item worth 1400. The quality was too bad, that its transparent. Site says easy policy for returns.in reality i need to return through bluedart that costed me 400. On feb 19th 2019 they received the packet back. Post that asked me proof of delivery, hence i contacted bludart and gave them the proofs too. They asked me to send bank account details and they will refund to bank., even after sending them those details, they haven't transfered the amount to my bank. Finally they sent 1118 to my vastrova wallet today and i dont want that. Now they are not responding to my mails too. Please take corrective action and dont encourage sites like this.
