On feb 16th 2020- i went for a hair checkup in vcare payimg rs.850/- for the checkup. After the analysis they forced me to take advanced treatment which costed 40000/- and asked me to pay 5000/- as advance right then to block the amount for treatment. They never told me that the advance amount was non-refundable. I decided to take the treatment later. But they are not ready to refund my money and are talking rudely when asked for the refund policy. Im attaching my bill too. Please help me get my rs.5000/- advance money back.
