Veena World — european delight book for november 9th 2018

Myself nivedita from bangalore, i had made payment for europe trip (Eudl) europe delight for november 9th month from the bangalore branch, before making me and my husband had decided not to fall prey for cancellation charges and stuff so we decided together and we spoke to mr kinjal from bangalore team.. We clearly asked him as to how many days prior are we suppose to make payment for the trip so that there is no cancellation charges in case the visa rejects. He told us 2 months prior is more than enough to make payment but we decided to make payment 3 months prior and did the payment of 3, 17, 000. August 10 the payment was done and the visa appointment was given on august 27. Mr. Siddhesh took so many days to verify our documents. We submitted all our documents and we kept of asking mr kinjal if there are any chances of visa getting rejected and he clearly told us all the documents are clear and there are no chances of it getting rejected but unfortunately visa got rejected.
The main reason why the visa got rejected was the bank statement wasn’t consistent with the income we get. Before our visa got rejected mr. Siddhesh from visa team went through our bank statement and he only declared our income as 42000. Why did he put a wrong income after going through the bank statement. Second reason, just the previous day of going to vfs in bangalore we met kinjal and showed all the documents we were going to submit and he told us that all the documents are right and we will get visa for sure but why did he fail to mention us to submit the property documents in that and that’s the second reason why visa got rejected.
After visa got rejected we wanted details for keeping the money for future trip and also details about of refund money. So kinjal told us that maithili will be coordinating with us further but we sadly she did not call us even a single time to inform us. We were really shocked by the customer service since it this field is based in customer satisfaction. Everyday i kept on calling kinjal for the updates but he kept on pushing days and giving excuses. This happened for a long time. Meanwhile i directly called up veena world office and mandar shastry came in contact and he took 2 week to give me updates but he really couldn’t help and ended giving my case to ishitha. Meanwhile i kept on explaining everyone my situation from office. Ishita took time to revert and had asked me some time and after given time also she took so many days and every time i called up office i used to get two excuses when i asked for ishita.”she is either in the meeting or she is not at the desk” these were the reasons i used to get and every time i used to call using different names then she use to answer my call. One final day after literally forcing and asking her about my cancellation she charges.. She told about the charges and then i wasn’t really satisfied with the cancellation amount and in between this i kept on asking everyone that i wanted someone to understand my situation and revert back but none really took responsible i have never come across such a careless customer service. I was literally in shock. I went into trauma and depression handling all this. I will never be able to come out of this situation ever. They deducted 40000₹ from the total trip cost and they have refunded the rest but my concern is the primary reason for all this sad situation is veena world team but why have the deducted 40k when i am nowhere at the fault. I really hope sending this mail to you will make difference. Kindly help us. We need justice!

I booked 14 days europe tour through Veena World Thane office. They asked me to transfer the money--5 LACS through NEFT. As soon as i transferred the money they call and tell the tour is cancelled. Most un professional & un ethecial. Now i dont know when they will return my money
