I received the order last day . poor product . this website is fake .

Your company is fraud I ordered pink kurti Worth Rs 399 for which I have paid Rs 580 including delivery charges and in return I got a torned saree. I want my money back either refund me or replace my order otherwise I'll go to police for further proceedings.

Very worst product total different and damaged also.
I ordered green and pink but I receive yellow that is also damaged

I ordered a yellow saree and a pink lehenga and i was shocked when i saw the parcel.. Forget about the quality but even the product was different... I was cheated i want my refund or else i will file a case... Refund my money asap...

I was happy to see the website Veer-Zaara ordered one gown which was Pink beautiful when I receive the gown today I saw that it was a dull purple faded printed that saree which was purple in colour and I ordered pink gown I was very angry to see that such a website which give me a gown worth 836 including the tax became to be Such anunstitched bad material that old only that it was an unstitched material up to 46 inches and unstitched material does not mean that you give a saree I am from Sales tax and also related to government kindly refund my order otherwise you will get into trouble

Fraud... Fraud...and just making fool

I ordered one sky blue lehnga of RS 863 nd what a received a piece of yellow plain cloth ... Kind of dupatta. I submitted return... But no response received till now. I sent a mail but that is still pending coz recipient server did not accept Gmail request to connect.

I cancelled my order.. Thank god..
For cancelling ur order just dial the number which is given in the website.
It will ask u to press 1 for cancelling the order.. After pressing 1 u have to enter ur order no.
Ur order will be processed for cancellation and u will get a text message that ur order has been cancelled..

I cancelled my order as I dint pay anything online.. It was COD.. So before receiving the product I cancelled it..

Horrible service i ordered a blue colour lehnaga and i received an old saree which my maid will never accept and i felt so bad they only loot people and cheat common people in the name of discount shame on these kind of company they only get curse after all this of fraud and soon police will arrest them and they should be put behind the bars

I ordered a kurti worth of rs. 540.But I have recieved a cheap quality saree. What I have to do with this saree. What the hell with this veerzara. So cheap mentality how u can cheat this many people. My father is DGP. He will see your end

Veer-Zaara on line shopping is big fraud company my order no is 64888 this could is sending to me a one old begger saree my order was a lehenga so we are very sadingly known to all customer pl don, t order to this fraudy site we are complaint to Gujarat police for enquiry this company or fraudy site IAM indian army officer so I am also try for catch the fraud coy and owner my name is sajal purkastha from West bangal

Same happened to me also ordered a black and white kurti instead they delivered an old torn dirty sarree immidiately i filled the return form on 26 December but no one came to pick the parcel and their customer care number always shows engaged got cheated first time plz stop fooling people to earn money also the sales person ran away as soon as I called him while after paying I opened parcel so much disappointed got fooled as well lost my money on a waste piece of dirty sarree if this site is also fake then and related to that fraud be aware of people's curse ..

Looks like a fraud site. Ordered a salwar and got a piece of some old salwar completely different from what I had ordered. Tried for over 2 months to get a refund but no way to contact them. Beware of this site.
