Dear sir/madam,
I had booked a kurtis via veerzara.in on date 22-01-19 and my order no is 78052. But i received a 3rd class saree on date 30-01-19. Then i tried to return this parcel. I go to the website and i completed all formalities. Then a massage reflect on screen that his executive will contact me with in 3-4 working day. But no one contact me. Then i call on his customer care number and and choose return option then a computerized voice tell me that his executive will contact me with in 3-4 working days and i received a request id - [protected]. I also sent a mail but my mail unable to delivered. As per his return policy they failed to his commitment and till now no one come to pick the parcel.
I think this is a fraud company and they always makes fool to his customer. Because of him i really very afflicted and i request to take a serious action against this company. I also want a compensation 50000/- against his fraud.
