Dear sir/madam,
I supposed to receive my wife pan card from income tax department. They sent it on 23'dec through velex courier. It has reached at kukatpally branch, hyderabad on 27'dec. But, still they are not delivered the pan card. When i contacted, there contact numbers ([protected], [protected] which are provided in website) are not working. When i tried to contact ([protected]/18/19,[protected] their head-office no one responded. Finally i reached them on[protected]. They had given hyderabad numbers[protected]/197. When i contacted these numbers, they answered rudely saying that they will have one week grace time after receiving consignment till that time they can deliver.
This is happening because income tax department chosen velex courier
