My account has been renewed on 18/10/2017 and velocity account message displayed that account has been renewed. But velocity internet member called me on 03/12/2017 and asked me to pay the bill. He disconnected it in one day even though i responded to pay the bill in the evening. Venkatesh incharge of velocity internet is very bad personality and he dont deserve that position.
