My internet gone down during cyclone period i.e. 12th Dec, 2016. They rectified the same only by 5th Jan, 2017.
When enquired about my expiry period, they asked told they wil extend for three days but it is almost more than 20 days without internet.
No proper phone support, no escalation, no email complaints. Number always busy. Always trying to disconnect calls
Utter nonsense and seriously thinking of changing everything with respect to velocity.
I even renewed when the net is not working. Now they again tell me that it is expired.
Very Very poor support system. Atleast a proper communication? Nothing.
Attached a image, my renewal period shows one date and expiry shows one date.I renewed mid of December for one month.
