Venkat — poor condition of battery

I am venkateshan i have recently purchased new micomax A093. I am using low usage of phone the battery condition getting low when i have charged fully just only after 10minutes the battery percentage gets 50% so please solve the problem as soon as possible and we called many times to customer care the phone was not taken.

On Abibus site the fare it showing one figure and while proceeding for booking it is showing higher amount. The online sites are blaming the customers like anything. So please take proper action on this kind of sites and also find the screen shot as an attachment.
