Venkatesh Invididual — Residential Illegal ConstuctionAbuse and not respecting Court Stay Order

Sir/Madam,

I am Co-owner of the property at 20/11 Kesava Perumal Sannathi Street, Mylapore Chennai, 600004, presently residing in USA. My Brother Venkatesh (joint owner) is doing unauthorized Construction without my permission violating the Court Stay Order. Also he has not obtained CMDA permission. He is encroaching all the area as he need and this is an old building and he is stopping the future construction possibilities. Pl do the needful

I have Copied my Brother C V Rajan to who I have given power, he is currently representing me and trying to stop him, but venkatesh is not obeying and proceeding with the construction.. Pl do the needful
