Venus Detectives — fraud by akriti khatri - owner of venus detectives

I have contacted Venus Detectives in mid of June 2017 in regards to an enquiry about an address.

They promised that their agency will provide me the requested address within 3-4 days if I make an advance payment of Rs. 10000 and the remaining fee of Rs. 5000 will be payable on delivery of requested address.

Hence, as per their request I made an advance payment of Rs. 10000 to them in cash on 02nd June 2017 which I personally handed over to Ms Akriti Khatri in front of Bikanerwala, near Geeta Colony Police station where she came to collect the payment in her Silver i10 Car.

However, I have not received the requested address yet. I am calling their agency 10-15 times every day but my calls are being ignored. I have also tried to contact their agency via Whatsapp and I can see that my messages are delivered but still no one from their agency has bothered to call/message/reply me back with a response. It is highly unprofessional and not expected from an agency like theirs.

I requested them to refund my money as soon as possible as they have not delivered the requested address as promised. But they are still not answering my calls and returning my money. I cannot wait any longer as it has been over 3 months now.

I request the consumer court to take strict action against Ms Akriti Khatri for this fraud.
