Their Service Sucks!! We have bought 5+ Venus Water heaters and are continuously facing tank bursting issues. We have requested replacement for 2 of the Venus Water heaters under warranty with your local dealer, but there is no response. We have written to [protected]@venushomeappliances.com who has not cared to respond. It is now over 15 days since we lodged our complaint. Can you kindly look into this or we will escalate this complaint to the highest authority at Venus. If you don't want to take action, we request you tp refund our money and will start using other Brands who provide better service solutions. Look forward to hearing from you.
