Verma Travel — bus broke down in between the journey | |||||
Worst travel company ever... I booked bus from bhopal to pune which was supposed to depart at 4:20 pm.. However, bus was not there at the boarding point till 5:30.. Apart from this.. Bus broke down in between.. Headlights were dead.. The front part of the bus was repaired with pop.. And the ac was not working... Driver got change in between the journey... And we had to wait for 2 hours in indore for same # reason... The bus which was supposed to arrive pune at 8:30 am arrived at 2:00 pm.. The dropping point was supposed to be wakad... However, driver denied to move from wagholi.. He parked bus at wagholi.. I paid 3000/- for bus ticket and 500/- extra from wagholi to wakad... For this most inconvenient and worst journey ever...!!! Time and dropping point were my priorities, i booked this bus for... But the requirements were not met...in future i'm not going to book bus from this # company and neither i will recommend this time others.. Rather i'll pass negative feedback about this to everybody.. Everytime i booked bus from verma travels.. I had the same experience... And everytime i called customer care they cut the call... Why the hell do you have customer care... If you don't want to listen to complaints... This poor company verma travels is fooling customers and making money... Bloody poor company...
