Verma Travels — a/c not working | |
Dear sir/mam I was travelling frm bhopal to pune on 25th may 5pm. My seat no. Was sl11&12. The bus service was nt up to satisfaction. I hd paid 1800₹per seat for a/c volvo bt my compartment a/c was nt at al cooling. Also ur bus had some cracks as many passengers noticed leaks causing outside air enter in.. I complained driver n cleaner bt they as usual nevr responded. Then i called customer care of verma travels bt even they neglected.. Sending pics of air leaks.. Plz reply wit genuine ans.
