Verma Travels — Bus changed at the date of journey and money also not refunded

For travelling from Indore to Vadodara I booked multiple axle Volvo from Verma travels. At the date of journey I.e. 11/07/2021 I received a call from Verma travels that they had to change my bus from Volvo to AC bus.
Cost to AC bus is 760 and what I paid for Volvo was 1350. Along with this the bus which I boarded it was not clean. The seats were full of dirt and remains of chips and all from other passenger.

Worst experience. Atleast have the courtesy to return the extra money which you have taken from your then customer
