Verma Travels — delay in bus timings on date[protected]:30 pm bus

Boarded a bus frm ahmd to bpl at 9:30 pm on 26 apr "19. Bus arrival time at bpl was 8:00 however it had reached at 10:50 am next. I was having my. Forex ppr at 10 am. Bcoz of dis delay i was not able to give the ppr.. Its a big mental harrasment caused by u..ac was working.. Mosquitoes were der.. Bedsheets were clean.
Horrible experience will raise issue to the consumer forum for the delay n mental harrasment caused by the verma travel ppls...
