Vertex Customer Management India Pvt Ltd — Pension Amount Did not transferred to current PF account

Respected Sir,

Am currently working in JRSCA Consulting and Advisory PVT LTD company from July 2016. While transferring my PF from Vertex customer Solution India PVT LTD company the Pension amount didnot transfer to my current PF which was Rs 13079. I have Submitted Form 13 to the PF office of Mumbai on 24th May 2017 and i have received a message on 6th June 2017 by stating (Claim form 13 for tranfer for member acct THTHA[protected] received on 01.06.2017 and the claim ID THTHA[protected] is under process). While on checking the Claim status i received a message stating the form 13 is rejected due to the amount is transfered already on November 2016. But the amount is not reflecting in my current passbook. Please do the need full.
