Vespa — after sale service

Sir/mam,
I have bought two wheeler vespa scooty in november 2018 and had a insurance of 5yrs at onceafter seeing all their offers and services but after months the dealer ran away and i tried to contact them but they refused to reply and they say if you want to have a service for your byke can go to our nearest branch, which is almost 200kms away.
My main concern is about two things:
1- my scooty service can not happen and they provide 3 service free to attract
Customer but all this cannot happen now and i cannot get proper service as
There are no expert in this scooty.
2- if my scooty get damaged by a accident how will i get to repair or anything as there are no service center at my nearest place.

I bought this scooty as they had a service center also but now i cannot do anything. Please either they open a service center in my city or buy my scooty back.
